A Message from Dr. Sapan Bhatt

Dear Valued Patients and Members of the Community,

I hope you are having a pleasant start to the New Year. I am writing to inform you of an important transition in our dental practice. After careful consideration, I have made the decision to transition the practice to an exceptional dentist, Dr. Luis Gamarra. Both my and my partner's parents are getting older and it's time we return closer to them to provide support and care. It has been a privilege to serve you, and I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me over the years.

Dr. Gamarra (Dr. G) has worked in Maine for several years and is a highly qualified and compassionate dentist. He is committed to providing the same high standard of care you have come to expect. I am confident you will find him to be both clinically excellent and attentive to your individual needs.

Your dental records will remain with the practice to ensure continuity of care, and there will be no disruption to scheduling, services, or office operations during this transition. The rest of the team will be staying with the practice to support Dr. Gamarra and continue dental services in the community.

Thank you again for entrusting me with your care. I wish you continued health and wellness, and I am confident you will be in excellent hands with Dr. Gamarra.

Welcome Dr. Luis Gamarra

Dr. G trained as dentist in Peru before continuing his education at Roseman Dental School in Utah. He has worked in Maine for several years, most recently at the Penobscot Nation Health Clinic in Old Town, ME. He is passionate about providing dental care to underserved communities and working with patients to improve their oral health.
